About My Clients
I know what it feels like to carry the weight of work, family, grief, and loss all at once — and to quietly long for someone to care for you too. That lived experience, combined with my clinical training, shapes how I show up in the therapy room. I bring both real-world perspective and a calm, direct, trauma-informed approach to every session.
My Background and Approach
I'm a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s in clinical psychology and over 20 years of executive leadership experience in organizational transformation and human services. My background is a little different from most therapists. Before returning to clinical practice, I spent two decades managing large teams, driving organizational change, and watching firsthand how stress, burnout, and broken relationships spill over into every area of our lives. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and grounded in your goals. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — every person brings a unique story and deserves a tailored plan. My approach is trauma-informed and draws from psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral frameworks, always tailored to what works best for you.
