Our entire center is focused on providing high-quality trauma therapy. We have over 25 therapists and interns who specialize in various trauma therapies and we offer many alternatives to traditional talk therapy. Furthermore, we also offer trauma-focused therapy groups, all-day intensives, and some free support groups.
IFS is focused on exploring and getting to know all the different parts within us that make up who we are and influence how we think, feel, and act. Using IFS, we can help you to befriend the various parts of self, including some of the parts that might be protecting you from past trauma or carrying the pain of past trauma.
EMDR is focused on reprocessing past memories related to trauma or adversity. Every single therapist and intern on our team is trained in EMDR and multiple of our therapists are credentialed as EMDR consultants. EMDR is the most frequently provided therapy at our center. We also offer EMDR individual intensives.
We have multiple therapists who specialize in grief/loss on our team and we offer an ongoing trauma and loss therapy group. Trauma and loss go hand-in-hand and many of our clients have experienced traumatic loss.
Our entire organization is devoted to trauma therapy and everyone on our team has completed advanced training in PTSD and trauma, trauma-informed care, and specialized approaches for healing trauma. We offer EMDR, IFS, psychodrama, gestalt therapy, expressive arts therapies, and other somatic approaches.
Many relationship issues are rooted in past trauma or adversity. Our team specializes in helping clients heal from past trauma and live more fulfilling lives. We offer individual, couples, family, and group sessions focused on enhancing relationships.
