My Background and Approach
I use a combination of humanistic therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness and take a strengths-based approach. I have been in the helping field since 2007, clinically licensed since 2016, and have experience as a telehealth therapist, town social worker, homeless shelter social worker, home care social worker, and care manager.
