My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy is a wonderful space where you learn to be a better version of yourself. Therapy is where you find out that you don’t have to struggle in silence, since you are not alone. You learn that there is always hope, even when you try and convince yourself that there is none. Through therapy you will learn that mental health problems don’t define who you are and that not everyone will understand your journey.
