My individual therapy practice includes (but is not limited to) treatment for the following: anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse, grief/loss, relationship difficulties, DBT skill building, men’s issues, work/life balance, substance abuse, family conflict. We can discuss what you are experiencing and if I’d be a good fit for you.
My Background and Approach
Within our work, we explore your concerns, and collaborate to uncover deeper issues that may be influencing your life. Together, we discover the relational patterns that occur as you interact with me on a consistent basis. I strive to view the lives of my clients with open curiosity over any one particular clinical position. We work with where you are, in the moment. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Lic# LH61050032) in the State of Washington. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in Seattle, Washington. I have prior professional experience in public relations and business management.
