About My Clients
My experience consist of working with diverse individuals impacted by HIV/AIDS, loss and grief, substance use disorders, trauma, and incarceration. I am also a Certified First Responder Counselor.
My Background and Approach
I use an integrative treatment approach. I believe that an individual's healing process takes place holistically, through the connection of mind, body and spirit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people have inner strengths and the ability to learn healthy tools in order to achieve their goals, heal themselves and reach their full personal potential.
