About My Clients
You don’t have to perform your pain to be seen. You don’t have to overgive to be loved. Many carry grief, longing, or rage that has never had a safe place to land especially when shaped by generational trauma, family obligations, or code-switching for safety.
My Background and Approach
As a relational, trauma-informed, somatic therapist, I hold space for both the ache and the aliveness in clients. Therapy with me is collaborative, tender, and rooted in dignity. Clients may be navigating complex relationships, unlearning survival patterns, or healing after harm. I honor their cultural, spiritual, and erotic truths. There's no need to filter or censor and we move at their pace, together.
