About My Clients
I support girls and women who are tired of holding everything in and just need a space to breathe, be real, and feel understood. I focus on anxiety, self-esteem, stress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, helping you build tools that actually fit your life while reconnecting with your own sense of strength and clarity.
My Background and Approach
The tools I bring into sessions are ones I have been learning, practicing, and strengthening throughout my training and real clinical experience. I want you to have tools you can rely on in real time, not just ideas we talk about in session. I take a supportive and collaborative approach where we focus on what is happening for you in the moment and what you need right now to feel more grounded and in control. I am especially passionate about supporting girls, teens, and women who are dealing with anxiety, self-esteem challenges, stress, and life transitions. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Langston University and I am currently in my Master’s program at Lamar University working toward becoming an LPC. I continue to grow my skills through training and hands-on experience so I can support clients

I strongly support women’s rights and the rights of all people of color and other marginalized communities. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and understanding, especially when they are seeking support, healing, or clarity in their lives. I am very open-minded and I care deeply about human life, justice, and the world around us, including a strong appreciation for nature and the environment. I aim to bring that same level of respect and care into the counseling space so clients feel safe, accepted, and free to be fully themselves without judgment. My hope is to help create a space where healing feels possible, where differences are honored, and where people feel supported as they gr
