I have worked with couples and individuals for 30 years to find deeper connection in relationship and with yourself.
My Background and Approach
We'll look at underlying issues. We go to the heart of the matter. My intention is for you to find clarity and connection amidst the challenges. My goal is for both of you to have a better understanding of your emotions. When you understand your emotions, you have a better chance of knowing what you need. I hope to create a space that allows for you both to feel heard. We participate together in active listening. My training and experience of 30+ years is centered in mindfulness. I was introduced to meditation in my late teens. This has been my anchor. My expertise is with relationships. It is in our relationships that we understand ourselves.
