About My Clients
It is wonderful to meet you. I am glad that you are here. My goal is to help clients to build a strong sense of self, and gain insight into their needs as they move through the therapeutic process. I utilize a range of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I strive to use a holistic, person-centered approach in practice.
My Background and Approach
I hope to move through this journey together and find a way to create a safe and collaborative environment with my clients. I work with teenage and adult clients who are experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression. I hope to offer healing experiences that take into account the whole person, not just the symptoms they are experiencing.
