About My Clients
Therapy is a place to explore your connections with yourself and with others. When traumas occur, or your mind seems at war with you, it damages the connections with self, the world, and others. Therapy is a healing journey of re-connecting with oneself and healing any wounds created from traumas and stressors.
My Background and Approach
I offer a variety of approaches to ensure an individualized approach with each person during their explorations of self. This exploration includes approaches such as Expressive Arts, Mindbody Therapies, EMDR, movement, and creative practices. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III (LCDC III) in Ohio. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, CPTSD dissociative disorders, DID, and substance abuse.
