My Background and Approach
5 years clinical experience with a variety of clientele including teens. Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I use a trauma focused lens in working together. I am certified in Telehealth and ACT, trained in TF-CBT.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I don't discriminate against anyone.
