About My Clients
My clients are adults between the ages of 18 to 65 seeking identity-affirming counseling services. I am also a Certified Addictions and Drug Counselor. Some of my clients may be seeking substance abuse recovery support, increase self-esteem, work through relationship issues, anxiety/depression management, and motivation to reach personal goals.
My Background and Approach
Taking the first step towards personal growth and healing can be intimidating. This is where therapy steps in. I take pride in walking alongside others in need of positive change so they are never alone. I specialize in treating individuals with substance abuse and addiction. My goal as a therapist is to support, inspire, motivate, and encourage change when feeling stuck. Substance abuse and addiction often masks underlying depression, anxiety, and/or trauma. I will work with you to understand what motivates you to use substances and how you can better cope with those triggers.
