My Background and Approach
I bring an integrative, compassionate and relational approach to my practice. My work is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), complemented by intensive training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), grief work and sensorimotor psychotherapy. Drawing from my background in depth psychology, I create a supportive environment where healing can flourish. My approach emphasizes validation and attachment repair, tailored to each individual's unique needs.
