About My Clients
I enjoy being a companion on another’s journey of processing and becoming more aware of the self and all of it’s potential. It brings me great joy to have that “Ah Ha!” moment with a client. “Once in a while you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.”
My Background and Approach
I practice from a place of acceptance and safety and hold authentic curiosity and interest for each client’s unique experience. In therapy with me you may be lovingly challenged to make changes in your mind and heart that will help you reach the goals you set for yourself in therapy
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
“It is my firm belief that it is a mistake to hold any firm beliefs” My personal philosophy is to keep an open mind and never rule out any possibilities. Being too rigid in life and in thought leads to cracks, breaks, and snaps. I enjoy helping clients learn to be adaptable, ready to adjust and accept new circumstances. Clients have used words to describe me like: grounding, knowledgeable, kind.
