About My Clients
I work with young adults and couples who feel stuck in recurring conflicts, disconnected in relationships, or uncertain about the direction of their lives. My clients are often navigating life transitions, communication challenges, or patterns that no longer serve them. They are motivated to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationship, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am currently completing my Master's in Couple and Family Therapy and hold bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Philosophy. My work is systemic and grounded in Narrative Therapy, ACT, and IFS. I aim to help clients understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and build lives that align with their values. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to meaningful growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of relationships. Change begins and it sustained through our relationships with others, ourselves, and the world around us. I believe we never see the full picture of a person, but we can move closer by exploring the many layers that shape their experience. I cannot help you if I do not know you. For that reason, I believe therapy happens through the relationship between therapist and client. It is through a trusting therapeutic relationship that new experiences become possible, vulnerability feels safe, and meaningful change can occur.
