About My Clients

Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, stuck, or exhausted internally. I work with adults and couples navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, communication issues, infidelity, internet/porn addiction, and major life transitions. A lot of people come to me after feeling unheard, misunderstood, or frustrated with therapy that felt too passive. They want clarity, honesty, direction, and real change.

My Background and Approach

Therapy should feel honest, human, and genuinely helpful. I work with adults and couples navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, communication issues, infidelity, intimacy concerns, internet/porn addiction, and major life transitions. My approach is direct, supportive, and insight-oriented. I use Imago Therapy, attachment-based work, parts work, and practical strategies to help clients improve communication, break unhealthy patterns, and create meaningful change. Clients often tell me sessions feel natural, grounded, and genuinely engaging rather than overly clinical or passive. I provide both in-person therapy in the Greater Cleveland area and virtual sessions throughout Ohio.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people are capable of real change when they are willing to honestly look at themselves and engage in the process. Therapy is not about being judged or “fixed.” It is about understanding the patterns, wounds, experiences, and coping strategies that shaped you, then learning how to move forward differently. I value authenticity, accountability, meaningful relationships, and open communication. I believe many people spend years feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or stuck repeating the same cycles without fully understanding why. My goal is to help create a space where people can slow down, feel heard, and have honest conversations that lead to real movement and growth. I also believe therapy should feel human. Some of the most meaningful moments in therapy come from genuine connection, curiosity, humor, honesty, and the willingness to have difficult conversations openly and without shame.
