My Background and Approach
I work with couples, individuals, and families. I help my clients encounter themselves and reach for growth. Both for themselves and for those they love. I help people searching for peace, connection, and wholeness. Because no single approach is right for everyone, I have training in a range of approaches including Somatic Experiencing (Provisional SE™ Practitioner), Emotionally Focused Therapy (Advanced Designation) for Couples, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I've worked for two decades on a suicide & crisis prevention line, because people deserve to have someone there in their moments of greatest need. I believe mental health should be available to all, and so I allocate 25% of my practice to low-fee clients.
