About My Clients
My clients are moving through identity exploration, relationship stress, family rejection, or the long echo of shame. They want to rewrite those stories, create healthier boundaries, and build a life that reflects who they truly are.
My Background and Approach
You’ve worked hard to understand yourself, but it still feels difficult to show up fully as you. I help LGBTQ+ adults who want to feel more grounded, self-assured, and at peace in their identity. In therapy, we’ll strengthen self-worth, explore patterns that keep you stuck, and help you feel safe being your full self — without needing to edit or explain who that is. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful. Together, we’ll uncover what makes you feel most alive and connected so you can live with clarity and confidence. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches. Sessions are gentle but focused — a place for curiosity, reflection, and real growth.
