My Background and Approach
I specialize working alongside those in their 20's and 30's as they navigate a budding adulthood with all of the accompanying stressors. In addition, I enjoy coaching motivated individuals to uncover their greatest self. My highest priority in a session is to lead you in a quest for self-betterment. Together, we will learn ways to bring that raw self-power into fruition. We all know our own selves the best, so I consider my role as a self-guide. All the answers you are looking for are already within you. I hope to help you discover that richness and beauty! In sessions, I utilize a humanistic and purpose-driven approach that combines my deepest interests including polyvagal & somatic theories, Internal Family Systems, psychedelic integration techniques, self-actualization principles, and meditation/mindfulness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is an ongoing journey of self-discovery. It is my belief that we will always have things to learn along the way-- it is what brings vibrancy and richness to life! Every moment of every day is a gift to seize that extraordinary opportunity. At times we get stuck. At those times, seeking help can be a breath of fresh air! I also get stuck, and when I do, I seek my own guidance to aid me in my own journey. I've been through anxiety and depression due to my own complex trauma experiences, and it is precisely within that context that I have been super-charged with a great yearning to help others that have found themselves in similar situations in life. Self-work is not always an easy journey. However with an open mind and an open heart, positive and insightful growth is yours for the taking!
