I work with teens, adults, couples and families navigating change and relational challenges. You may be moving through grief and loss, or toward a new chapter in your life. Whether you are navigating change related to school/career or relationships, exploring your own identity or dealing with anxiety or depression, I can help you find your path through.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in both Oregon and California. I have extensive training in Relational Gestalt therapy. In our work together, I will meet you where you are and help increase your awareness of your own processes--of what works and what is getting in your way. I will also help you recognize and name your needs and move toward achieving your goals. I will give you tools to self-regulate as well as to create healthier relationships. Therapy is like getting an owner's manual for yourself. Through our work, you will have a clearer understanding of yourself and what does and doesn't work for you in life and in relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe wellbeing is both personal and political and that we all deserve and need care and support. I do not take insurance, but I can give you a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Because I believe in access to care, I will work with you to set a fee that works for both of us.
