As a neurodivergent therapist, I am passionate about helping others learn about their neurodiverceny. It can be difficult to navigate the magnitude of literature, most negative, to figure out what applies to you because not all of it does. Come join me and I can help you find a path that makes sense for you.

Being a teenager can be challenging. Teens are quite adults but aren't children anymore. It can be tricky navigating the world. I am here to help with coping skills, parental issues, behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, school, and much more. I love working with teens.

Depression is hard. That cloud of your head that sucks your energy and drive to do anything in the world. Its hard to get out of bed or off the couch. Contact me and let me help you navigate this dark cloud.

CBT is about changing your thoughts. Sometimes our thoughts take over and they are hard to control. Although this isn't my main focus of treatment, it can be a useful tool.

My goal is to provide therapy to couples so that both parties get their needs met simultaneously by the therapist. Couple therapy is uniquely designed per couple. We formulate a plan together with transparency, guidance, and guidelines, creating a safe space to explore feelings and make a plan on how to move forward together.

I am a counselor who understands that everybody is human (including myself) and that sometimes in life, we get off course. I will customize a therapy approach just for you and guide you back to where you want to be. I believe that you are the expert of your life and your experiences. We will use that expertise as a guide as we take this journey together. I do not sit behind a clipboard taking notes. I am interactive with you, listen to you, make you feel heard and validated.

I offer EMDR to help with PTSD

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an approach to therapy that focuses on the individual’s concerns. EMDR processing helps you break through the emotional blocks that keep you from living a healthy life. EMDR uses rapid eye movements to help you update disturbing experiences, much like when we sleep. During sleep, we alternated between regular sleep and REM. This sleep pattern enables you to process things that may trouble you. EMDR replicates this natural sleep pattern.
