My Background and Approach
I am offering EMDR for clients. My approach is experiential. What does that mean? I do not sit behind a clipboard taking notes. I am interactive with you, listen to you, make you feel heard and validated. I empathetically attune to your inner self. Needless to say, therapy with me is an experience. I value that my clients have their own voice and encourage you to use that voice if you feel my style doesn’t resonate with you. Therapists are not “one-size-fits-all” It is important to me that I find an approach that works best for you.
