About My Clients
I work with people who may be feeling 'stuck' and are ready to identify skills to move forward. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and body image concerns, as well as addressing the challenges presenting to neurodivergent people living in a world full of expectations.
My Background and Approach
My work has focused on helping people improve their relationships with food, their bodies, and the culture that has dictated the most harmful elements of this relationship. I have training in both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral modalities, and my practice leans into values-driven Acceptance and Commitment therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I welcome clients from all identities, and make space to address the impact of explicit and internalized biases. If we were to work together, we would spend some time identifying what messages you are listening to from yourself, question which of those messages align with the life you want to live, and how to make peace with the others. Health at Every Size, Queer and Neurodivergence affirming!
