My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative and supportive. I provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere to explore emotions and move through trauma and pain. I use various Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to ease anxious and depressive thoughts. I also weave mindfulness throughout our sessions. I truly believe that everyone has inherent strengths and I love to highlight them in our work together and build upon them to help you progress through your struggles.
