My Background and Approach
I use a multi-theoretical approach utilizing various techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution -Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Person-Centered approach. The counseling process is centered on you as an individual, recognizing that what works for one person may not work for you and your circumstances. The goal is to empower you to navigate life’s challenges, whether it is issues related to Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Anger Management, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, Substance Abuse, Bipolar Disorders, Schizophrenia, Crisis Intervention, Suicide, Women’s Wellness, Self-esteem and Self-image issues, Stress, Social Skills, Relational Issues, and Employment and Career related issues. My dedication and commitment is to help you overcome whatever challenges you have and to achieve your goals in a “Judge-Free” zone of compassion and empowerment. I am a passionate advocate for Mental Health Awareness. My mission is to break down the negative stigma surrounding mental health and emphasize the importance of seeking help and treatment.
