About My Clients
Populations of focus include Military, Veterans, Police, First Responders, other Public Safety Officials, and individuals with substance use concerns. Trauma-informed care and evidence-based trauma-specific treatments are core services. Other areas in which I have specialized training and experience include sleep disturbance, health psychology and chronic pain, depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment concerns, relationship stressors, parenting, grief, and women's issues.
My Background and Approach
I take a patient-centered and holistic approach to care. All staff are trained in trauma-informed treatment and interactions. Psychotherapy techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-specific treatment, solution-focused, and performance improvement and wellness strategies. I will meet you where you are in terms of YOUR goals for treatment and your life.
