My Background and Approach
I have over 8 years of clinical and hospice experience. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy and motivational interviewing, including open-ended questions to build rapport and empower my clients. I am empathetic, compassionate, open-minded and committed, and you can count on my person-centered approach in every conversation we have. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work at Bemidji State University and my Master of Social Work at the University of Oklahoma.
