About My Clients
So many of us learn to define ourselves through roles — the caretaker, the achiever, the strong one. But when those roles stop serving us, it can feel confusing, lonely, or even empty. I help teens, young adults, and BIPOC/LGBTQIA+ clients untangle family wounds and expectations so they can discover who they are outside of those roles.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy in New Jersey and Florida. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationships — both with others and with ourselves. I specialize in supporting teens, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions, family wounds, and identity development. My approach integrates somatic awareness, mindfulness, CBT, and trauma-informed care to help clients move beyond old roles, beliefs, and patterns, build self-trust, and connect with a more authentic sense of self. I welcome BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients, and bring a compassionate, inclusive lens to every session.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Throughout my career, I’ve seen how cost and access can be a major barrier to people seeking therapy, even when they’re motivated and ready to begin. Therapy Den allows me to live out my belief that therapy should be a right, not a privilege, and to provide affordable care in a structured and sustainable way.
