About My Clients

I know it can be scary seeking help but you are here and it shows your strength. I can help you reduce these feelings by teaching you healthy coping skills to be the best "you".
My Background and Approach
I have over five years of experience helping couples and individuals just like you. When working with clients, I tailored my approach based on every client’s need because every one is unique. However, my core values always remain the same when working with clients, which are being genuine, non judgemental and empathetic. I work with clients together to form a treatment plan to better help them reach their goals in therapy. During a client's time in therapy with me, he or she will complete assessments, worksheets and homework outside of session.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value the working relationship as the most important relationship a counselor and client can ever have because it allows a client to be vulnerable while being supportive during their time of need. I believed that having the right tools in life, a person can manage their emotions and have healthy relationships.
