My Background and Approach
I use tailored approaches based on where you are & want to go such as: Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Imago Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Therapy & Expressive Arts. I am trauma-informed & believe people can use their strengths to help with challenges. I am here to meet you where you are and support you to where you want to go in by using your strengths.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My belief is that we can grow from the most challenging moments of our lives and can become even more empowered than ever before. My goal is always to treat everyone with the compassion, respect, and sensitivity that he/she/they deserve in therapy.
