About My Clients
I work with those who suffer from depression, anxiety, panic attacks and/or PTSD symptoms due to abuse and/or trauma. I have developed exercises and techniques focused on bringing healing to those have endured these mental health symptoms, and will guide and assist you to work through the issues which you struggle with the most. My focus is on you and together we will succeed at gaining control over those areas of your life where there seems to be nothing but loss of control.
My Background and Approach
Individuals: I practice Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy(REBT) to assist with gaining insight into your current life situation. Relaxation Imagery Exercises and Gestalt Therapy Psychodrama to produce healing from the past. Couples: We will practice new communication skills through a series of role-play exercises.
