About My Clients
My clients are adults who are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences. Many feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They want more than symptom relief—they want to understand themselves, heal at a deeper level, and build a life that feels calmer, more connected, and authentic.
My Background and Approach
I believe healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and accepted without judgment. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed, recognizing that many current struggles are rooted in experiences that once helped us survive. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ego State Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic interventions to meet each client's unique needs. Together, we'll explore patterns with curiosity rather than criticism, strengthen self-compassion, and build practical tools for managing anxiety, trauma, panic, and emotional distress. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, develop lasting resilience, and create meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.
