About My Clients
I enjoy working with clients in both English and Spanish who may be struggling with PTSD, depression, lifelong trauma related to their upbringing, relationship challenges, or difficulty making decisions. During our first sessions, we will explore the situation causing distress so you can begin to regain balance and move forward one step at a time toward relief.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy, and have helped many individuals develop the skills needed to manage emotional pain, restore balance, and grow into their full capacity while working toward meaningful life goals. I bring nearly a decade of experience in mental health and education and strive to offer an informed, supportive, and non-judgmental space in every session. Together, we may explore areas such as boundary-setting, creating healthy habits, living authentically, self-love, and relational healing as you move toward greater balance and well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people do the best they can with the tools they have, and therapy is a place to expand those tools with compassion and intention. I see clients as whole, capable individuals—not problems to be fixed. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and the belief that healing happens when clients feel safe enough to explore their emotions, challenge old patterns, and reconnect with their strengths.
