About My Clients
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in Austin, TX, and I am here to help you make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. I work primarily with those who are experiencing neurodivergence (like ADHD or Autism), the mental and emotional effects of Long COVID, or changes in emotions or behaviors. I value psychological assessments and individual therapy that gets to the root of things.
My Background and Approach
If you’re feeling stuck or wondering what’s next, I can offer clear answers and supportive care. My approach combines science with curiosity and warmth. I believe assessment and therapy should reflect who you are—not just check boxes. Whether we’re working through challenges or mapping next steps, I’ll meet you with focus, flexibility, and some humor too!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all people deserve access to well-being—but I also recognize that many of our systems, including those within mental health, are not built with equity in mind. As a psychologist, I see it as my responsibility to actively push back against those harms. This includes seeking out anti-oppressive education, staying connected to community-led resources, viewing each client through the lens of their identities and lived experiences, and naming injustice when it shows up in the therapy room. My work is grounded in the belief that healing should never require someone to shrink, mask, or translate who they are.
