About My Clients

Most of our wounding is experienced in relationship, and so our healing needs that too. I offer a compassionate, collaborative home base that responds to what you bring. Face your challenges with skilled support. We'll move at a pace that's attuned to you, balancing qualities of relief with growing edges. Together we can work to help you be in better relationship and balance with yourself and others, build resources, connect to your inner life and greater clarity, create an intentional path.

My Background and Approach

My approach is relational and holistic, bringing into awareness aspects of BODY, MIND & SPIRIT. We'll inquire into and respond to your thoughts, feelings, sensations, narratives, relationships. What your unique life or trauma have split off, disavowed in you, or disconnected you from, this work can help reintegrate, reconnect, heal. As Glennon Doyle Melton says, “You are not a mess. You are a feeling person in a messy world.” It can be hard to recognize your strengths and to understand what may not be working for you. Yet your struggles, or a longing for a shift, call you bravely to this work. We all deserve the support we need to find our way to a fulfilling life. I welcome diversity of all kinds, couples/triads, LGBTQQIA+. It would be a privilege to walk this path with you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I take part in personal and communal practices of Open Floor Moving Meditation, 5 Rhythms, and Ecstatic Dance. I'm involved in the local LGBTQ performance art and community, incl. regular fundraising for important local causes. I believe in the integration of sex and sexuality as an intrinsic part of the holistic self, unless one is Asexual. I'm a strong and active ally in the 12-Step community. My first career was as a Graphic Design Art Director and Designer, and continue to be involved in art and design as a vocation and avocation. I volunteered with the San Francisco Suicide Prevention Hotline.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
