About My Clients

You may replay conversations, avoid conflict until it builds or feel guilty when you set a boundary. Anxiety, low mood, ADHD, grief or a shift in faith can make it even harder to trust your reactions. I work with adults who want to understand what happens beneath these patterns, say what they need more clearly and feel less stuck in the same arguments with partners, family or colleagues.

My Background and Approach

My style is warm, collaborative and direct. We will look closely at what happens during conflict, what makes it difficult to speak openly and how earlier experiences may be shaping the way you relate now. I use CBT to help you notice the thoughts and emotions that take over in the moment and find practical ways to respond differently. That might mean preparing for a difficult conversation, practicing a boundary or slowing down a familiar cycle before it gathers momentum. Sessions are thoughtful and purposeful, with room for humor and whatever feels most important that day.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I know that insight alone does not always change a pattern. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent clinician with lived experience of grief and loss, I value therapy that is clear, humane and useful outside the room. I also believe faith questions deserve curiosity rather than judgment. Outside of work, hiking and trying new recipes help me reset. If this sounds like the support you are looking for, you can book your first session with me through my website.
