My Background and Approach
I utilize the gold standard approach for treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: Exposure Response Prevention (or “ERP") with the integrated mindfulness-based techniques of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Treating OCD with these methods require the insight and skill of a specialized therapist. Recovering from OCD is challenging. Know that my only "agenda" is to help you be where you want to be in life. We move at the pace you set. I am happy to offer consultations where I can walk you through the process and address any concerns or questions you may have.
