About My Clients
I work best with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or identity exploration. I especially enjoy supporting men, young adults, and multicultural clients who are working to understand themselves better, strengthen connections, or process past experiences. My goal is to provide a grounded, supportive space where growth, healing, and meaningful change can happen.
My Background and Approach
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and experience working with individuals, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds. My clinical work has included community mental health settings, where I supported clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and men’s mental health. I specialize in helping clients explore identity, improve communication, and navigate personal growth with greater clarity and confidence. I incorporate person-centered therapy, CBT, and family systems approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of your next step, I offer a warm, collaborative space to help you gain insight, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful change. My goal is to support you in building resilience, healthier relationships, and a deeper connection to yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy should be a space where all parts of you are welcomed—your struggles, your culture, your beliefs, and your hopes. As a therapist, I value authenticity, inclusion, and the power of connection. I’m passionate about supporting men’s mental health and helping clients challenge stigma, express vulnerability, and build emotional awareness. I stand with movements that promote equity, such as Black Lives Matter and LGBTQIA+ rights, and strive to offer culturally sensitive care to all. I’m also a strong advocate for destigmatizing therapy in immigrant and first-generation communities. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy exploring mindfulness, personal development, and community involvement. My goal is to walk beside you with empathy and respect as you work toward healing, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
