About My Clients
I focus my practice on those dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, overuse of social media, men’s issues, communication issues, relationship stress, self-care, and development/maintenance of a healthy spirituality. My approach is to provide a “metamorphosis” where issues are addressed, alternative solutions are discussed, and strengths are identified to move towards developing skills that lead to problem resolution and personal growth.
My Background and Approach
I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology in 2019 from Concordia University Wisconsin. I also obtained a Masters Degree in Social Work in 2021 from the same University. My practice has been influenced by my past field work experience at New Castle Place where I worked with the elderly and their families involving the aging process. I foster an inclusive environment that instills the belief that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I diligently work to assist individuals to achieve the best version of themselves by promoting mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellness/wholesomeness into my practice.
