My Background and Approach
As a psychodynamically trained psychotherapist and psychoanalyst I believe that unconscious conflicts are at the core of many people's discomfort. I work with you at your own pace to increase awareness of your unique unconscious baggage.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am politically progresssive and I am embracing of queer, and LGBTQ issues. I am also a white male striving to be aware of privilege and other racial issues. I am also married for forty years and a parent to two grown daughters. I have also lived outside the United States and am particularly interested in cultural components of personality.
