About My Clients
You might look like you have it together on the outside—but inside, things feel heavier than they should. Maybe you: Overthink everything, and can’t shut your mind off Feel emotionally drained, unmotivated, or disconnected Struggle to find energy for things that used to feel easier Feel different, misunderstood, or out of place Are questioning your identity or sense of self Wonder if you might be autistic or neurodivergent Feel exhausted from trying to keep up or “mask.”
My Background and Approach
From an ACT-based perspective, these struggles aren’t signs of weakness but understandable attempts to manage pain. I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal difficulties, helping them build flexibility, reconnect with values, and move toward more meaningful ways of living. I also have experience working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ adults.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
What it’s like to work with me Clients often come to me feeling: Mentally overloaded or stuck in their thoughts Unsure of themselves or their direction Tired of trying to manage things on their own In our work together, I focus on creating a space that feels: Grounded and non-judgmental Conversational and collaborative Focused on helping you better understand yourself My goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you make sense of your experiences in a way that leads to real, sustainable change.
