Welcome! I specialize and have years of experience treating all themes of OCD and anxiety (panic attacks, health anxiety, driving anxiety, phobia's,) as well as other OC spectrum disorders such as body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), and body-focused-repetitive-behaviors (BFRB's) like skin picking and hair pulling. I would be honored to hear your story, and give you skills to help you move forward wherever you are in life.
My Background and Approach
I have been in the mental health field for over 11 years, and have experience treating many issues like, OCD, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, tics and BFRB's (i.e. hair pulling, skin picking). I am very skills based, and love to work with clients to provide and practice skills that they can use on their own and throughout life. The treatment modalities I use are evidence based such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I understand the courage it takes to reach out for help, and imagine by that point you must be experiencing a lot of discomfort. I come with understanding and empathy, and we will quickly develop a plan to get you back to moving along. I would be privileged to work alongside with you wherever you are in life, and move towards where you want to go.
