About My Clients
I work with LGBTQIA+ and heterosexual couples and individuals, as well as members of the military, veterans, and BIPOC communities (including Arab/Middle-Eastern & North African). I am fluent in French and English and supported transitioning servicemembers in career coaching. I have 20 years of experience in the corporate world and workplace mental health. To avoid potential conflicts of interest, I cannot accept patients who are employees, immediate family members, or candidates to the IDB
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist in DC, and I have also completed ICF coaching training and have years of experience providing career coaching. I believe that many of our behaviors are driven unconsciously from our lived experiences. I like to leverage our past to understand how it impacts our present so that we can become the best version of ourselves for the future.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I consider myself an advocate for veterans as well as the LGBTQ community. During my free time, you will find me playing with my dog or taking Muay Thai and martial arts classes. I also play an active role in some local animal shelters.
