About My Clients
Clients who find me are exhausted with the way life is going. They are ready to heal from their past. Most have a pattern of childhood trauma (abuse or neglect) and/or some very painful adult experiences. My typical client also struggles with a very negative and unforgiving internal critic who thinks very harshly about themselves and others. My Background and Approach
I have worked with psychological trauma for the past 15 years. Depending on your unique personality and history, I will approach treatment with a synthesis of treatment modalities--Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic psychotherapy and EMDR. In formulating a treatment plan best suited for you, we will always work on both helping you feel better in the present while also understanding and treating the unresolved wounds from the past.
