My Background and Approach
I’m a student therapist with experience in ADHD treatment, particularly for young adults. I’ve worked with clients through all kinds of 'brain clutter' from focus challenges to impulsivity. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with a healthy dose of humor because therapy doesn’t have to feel like a chore! My goal is to help you gain control over your ADHD symptoms and create sustainable strategies for everyday life. I believe in the power of strengths-based therapy, meaning I’ll help you identify and use your unique talents. Think of me as your guide, helping you turn your potential into action.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m passionate about neurodiversity and advocating for mental health awareness. Outside of therapy, I’m involved in supporting ADHD and mental health organizations, speaking at events, and spreading the word on the importance of inclusivity. I also love connecting with people on social media to share tips and insights for managing ADHD and building self-confidence.
