About My Clients
Accepting new clients as of 10/06/2024. My specialty is in OCD. I also have expertise in Anxiety, Depression, Trauma work, and Relationships. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink affirming, race, gender, class affirming and many more and proud of each. Whatever your identity there will always be a spot for you at the table. Let's break some cycles.
My Background and Approach
I use an array of modalities including CBT, DBT, ERP, EFT, and Radical Acceptance with an emphasis on mixing modalities to determine the best fit for the client as an individual rather than forcing a one size fits all model. In addition, I like to use humor as a healing tool, so we'll be working hard and laughing harder. I offer sliding scale for clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Somebody may never have told you but the reason you're not seeing the results you want is not a result of a lack of effort, or caring, or because you are not good enough. You are giving so much of yourself to fighting but you don't know the techniques. the roadmap, or maybe even the condition you have. I am here to walk alongside you, not pull you ahead.
