About My Clients
I take a whole-person view of health, honoring the connection between your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing—along with your relationships, environment, and personal history. I’m not here to pathologize your experience but to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your strengths, your values, and your potential.
My Background and Approach
What if your symptoms weren’t the problem—but a signal that something deeper needs attention? Maybe you’ve tried to push through, stay strong, or make sense of what you’re feeling on your own. But despite your best efforts, the tools you've been given haven’t led to real change. You're not alone—and you don't have to figure it all out alone either. I offer therapy that is active, engaging, and rooted in the belief that real insight should lead to real action. My approach balances two essential needs: creating space to listen, reflect, and understand—and delivering practical, evidence-based tools you can use to move forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy works best in a collaborative process that uses evidence-based techniques and a mindfulness-based approach to foster authentic growth and transformation. Drawing from my expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI), I guide individuals toward meaningful change by aligning behaviors with their deeply held values. Together, we cultivate a willingness to make contact with the present moment and engage in deep inquiry—helping you take intentional action to create a life that attends to what matters most to you, that feels important, and embraces the full spectrum of life.
