About My Clients
Are you finding it difficult to connect with others or struggling to be your true, authentic self? You’re not alone—I’ve been there, and I understand how isolating that can feel. My goal is to work with you to uncover what’s holding you back and discover practical ways to help you live a more fulfilling, meaningful life.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas. Shortly thereafter, I relocated to the Austin area and immersed myself in community mental health before embarking on a journey into private practice. In my work, I have had the privilege to work with LGBTQIA+ folx, people living with an addiction, people who are unhoused, neurodivergent folx, and many others. I take a relational approach to my work, meaning I believe the therapeutic relationship to be a primary catalyst for change. I also utilize CBT, DBT, and Somatic Experiencing in my work (among others). I really love the work I do with clients, and I believe therapy can help us live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
