About My Clients

I work with adults, partners, and families navigating complex lives who want a private, collaborative space to grow. Some of my clients feel steady and want to deepen what’s good; others are facing challenges and know it’s time for a different way forward. What matters isn’t being perfectly self-aware—it’s being willing to show up and engage in the work of your own life. My approach is for people who want therapy to be less about “fixing” and more about building on what’s already working.

My Background and Approach

With more than 25 years as a mental health professional, I bring curiosity, guidance, and a whole-person perspective that pulls from every part of your world—your relationships, your work, your inner life. You bring your insight and sense of what matters most. Together, we create a conversation that carries into your day-to-day and creates changes you can actually feel. I offer virtual sessions for adults, couples, and families in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Vermont, with concierge-level support available for clients who want therapy that adapts to their life in real time. If this approach resonates, I offer a free 20-minute consultation to see if this space feels like the right fit for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

For me, therapy is a way of harnessing the power of what people can do together. It’s a privilege to sit with someone and help them create more of what they want for their life. Traditional therapy can feel too narrow for some people, especially if their history with it hasn’t fit. That’s why I draw from a wide range of perspectives and keep the work as creative and flexible as the people in it. Hearing what’s worked for you, what your best moments have looked like, and building on that is what keeps this work so rewarding for me. This isn’t diagnosis-driven therapy or an insurance-dictated plan. It’s private, flexible work designed for people navigating complex lives who want a space to engage deeply and move forward with intention. For some, that looks like weekly sessions. For others, it includes shorter, more frequent check-ins or concierge-level access that adapts to a fast-moving life.
