About My Clients
Supporting people in crisis has always been fulfilling for Patrick. As a college student he worked as a mentor and tutor, helping to guide others through challenging times. While Patrick addressed his own hardships involving addiction, he became more interested and passionate about helping others.
My Background and Approach
Patrick has over five years of experience providing support to individuals, families, groups, and first responders, helping them to lead happy, productive and meaningful lives. In addition to counseling in an agency setting, Patrick has a background in community-outreach counseling, hospice care, college counseling, and animal-assisted therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Patrick specializes in Holistic Counseling, integrating Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Dual-Diagnosis Treatment, and Expressive & Creative Arts Therapy.
